By accessing this website, and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) set out below.

PLACING AN ORDER
Please follow online purchasing procedure and click on “Complete Order”.
- Choose the item
- Submit your payment and choose your correct delivery address
- As soon as the payment has been processed, you will get the confirmation of an order that you you have placed .
The confirmation will be sent to your email address that you have provided us with.
Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive the information indicating your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
PRODUCTION TIME / AVAILABILTY OF PRODUCTS
- Most of our garments are "custom made" or "made to order".
Please note that the production time for all the dresses mentioned "made to order" is up to 14 business days.
The dress "made to order" will be sent to you as soon as it's ready (taking into the considiration the produciotn time, not more than 14 business days).
Please allow us 2-5 business days to ship a package with your dress to you.
- We have dresses listed in the shop like "ready to ship".
The dresses "ready to ship" will be sent to you without "production time".
This item has already been crafted and can be shipped to you within 2-5 working days.
- We will send you a message that your dress is ready, a package is sent and it's on the way to you.
Also we will send you a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery on the shipping serveces.
We currently accept payment by Visa, PayPal and Credit Cards.
If you don’t use any of these options, please contact us.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees and import duties.
Import duties, taxes and VAT are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for paying these costs.
Please note, if you refuse to pay duties on your parcel and decline to receive your parcel, you will not receive a refund.
If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to re-pay any shipping fees to have it sent back to you.
Please note, that delivery time is an approximated time only.
Customs and other procedures and delays are beyond our control.
Due to the factors outside of our control, orders may take longer time to arrive.
We are not responsible for any delays which can't be controlled by us.
Please kindly note: the delivery service and time are beyond our control.
We accept returns.
How to return the item :
1. Contact us within 3 business days from the day you received your order and ask for the return form.
2. Return form will be sent to your e-mail.
3. Fill out the return form and send it to us by e-mail.
4. Pack the return item(s) in a suitable box.
5. The item have to be in its original packaging and in perfect, unworn conditions.
6. The item should not be: damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try them on), all labels and paper tags should be intact and are in original condition.
7. Add a paper return form into the box/parcel with the packed returned item.
8. Send us the parcel with the returned item.
9. Ask your local post office for the tracking number.
10. Inform us about sending the item back by e-mail and provides us with the tracking number.
11. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it (the returned item have to be in the same condition as it was in upon your receipt).
12. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you of your right to a refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
13. Please allow us up to 14 days to process your refund.
14. We will provide a refund trying to use the same method used to make the payment.
15. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.
Return Shipping Charge
If you purchased the item with the Free Shipping option, returned item will be incured by a Shipping Charge of 18$ unless the return is a result of our error. The shipping charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
- The item should be sent back within 14 days from the day of delivery.
- The confirmation of your returned item is the tracking number.
- The returned item must be unworn, has the hang-tag intact hanging to the item, must be shipped in the original packaging.
- The returned item with signs of use will be rejected. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- The item must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered
- Shipping costs, handling charges, taxes, import duties, original shipping charges paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
